Karen Conrad Renew™ began from a very personal place. I have always cared about staying active and exercising regularly, so it was especially discouraging when I began noticing changes I did not expect.
At 62, I could see that my skin was becoming crepey in more areas than I wanted to admit, my legs were losing their smoothness, and weight was showing up in places that felt frustrating — even though I was already moving my body and trying to take care of myself.
